Learning is self-paced, hands-on, and project-based with Coaches available on site.
PLEASE NOTE: While we are an inclusive learning environment, and one that embraces all abilities (i.e. neurodivergence etc.), we ask that students with abilities requiring dedicated support, and/or who are not independent learners, be accompanied by a qualified support person as we are not trained to fill that role.
Any Club member who wishes to use our machines, regardless of prior experience, must complete all Iron level project packs for desired track.
Four possible tracks are available for you to learn to innovate in: 3D Printing, CNC Milling, Game Design, and Robotics.
Tracks progress from Iron level (Beginner) to Silver level (Intermediate) to Gold level (Advanced)
Members can expect completion of each/any Iron level track to take 16-24hrs on average.
Completion of any Iron level track unlocks Silver level independent project and machine access so you can make your own stuff (under our supervision)
Club members interested in engaging only in a support capacity (i.e. mentor, contribute materials, space management, etc.) and/or in a sharing capacity (i.e. podcast, film, photograph, project idea you need help with, etc) are welcome to do so but are restricted from using machines until completion of desired Iron level tracks.Description text goes here
