  • Ages 9 – 14

    Week-long (Mon-Thurs) summer camps provide full-day fun for your child to build skills and immerse across a variety of available 3D-digital design and fabrication programs with dedicated staff.

3D Printing

Also called additive manufacturing, you'll learn a variety of fundamental digital design and technical skills that will fuel you to complete design-build challenges resulting in 3D-printed products you can use and take home!

    - Design and 3D print Challenge 2: Backpack Name Tag

    - Challenge 2 Post-processing (aka sanding and painting)

    - Challenge 3 Post-processing (aka sanding and painting)

  • Are you a creative, hands-on student who had a blast in our Level 1 3D printing camp? Looking to take your skills to the next level? If so, this intermediate level, Level II 3D printing camp, is your chance to add more 3D modeling and 3D printing skills to your toolset to experience even more 3D cool! Each day you’ll learn a variety of new, more detailed techniques and applications that build on your Level 1 knowledge and fuel your creative genius to complete 3D print challenges to make working products which you’ll take home!

    Ages: 9-12 (must have completed 3D Printing Level I)

    - Basics of 3D printer machine hardware and set up

    - 3D filament selection and troubleshooting

    - Challenge 1: Using Dial Calipers to Determine Nozzle and Filament Characteristics

    - Challenge 2: Introduction to Assemblies and related engineering and design considerations

    - Modeling & Print Challenge 3a: Flat Freddy Part 1 (Head & Torso)

    Day 2:

    - Common 3D Printer machine errors and troubleshooting

    - Modeling & Print Challenge 3b: Flat Freddy Part 2 (Arms)

    - Modeling & Print Challenge 3c: Flat Freddy Part 3 (Legs)

    - Assembly Challenge 1: Flat Freddy Head, Torso, Arms

    Day 3:

    - 3D model post-processing review and challenge 3 object paint

    - Introduction to Assemblies and related engineering and design considerations

    - Modeling & Design Challenge 4: Hand-held skill game base

    - Assembly Challenge 2: Flat Freddy Legs

    Day 4/5*:

    - Assembly Challenge 3: Skill Game Assembly (Lid and steel ball), test, and paint

  • Curious about 3D modeling and 3D printing? Love to design and make things? For those who are ready to jump in with both feet, JuiceWorks 3D is combining our Part 1 and Part 2 3D printing camps into this action-packed, four-day, all-day, fast-track camp. This exciting, challenging camp, will take you from noob to ninja in just four days providing you the opportunity to learn and develop a range of fun and exciting digital modeling skills and 3D printing a variety of 3D cool for you to take home.

    • 4 full days including a morning and afternoon session

    • From 9am-4pm, with one hour lunch, and two 30 minute breaks (one in the AM and one in the PM)

    • Encompasses Level I and Level II

    • Level I runs Day 1 through Day 2

    • Level II runs Day 3 through Day 4

    Note:

    Attendance is required for all 4 days

    Some prior experience with 3D printing prefered but not required.

CNC Milling

Also called subtractive manufacturing, you'll learn a variety of fundamental digital design and technical skills that will fuel you to complete design-build challenges resulting in milled products you can use and take home!

    Ages: 9-12

  • For students who have already completed CNC Milling Level I, this intermediate level II camp is your chance to add more CAD and CNC milling skills to your toolset to experience even more 3D cool! Each day you’ll learn a variety of new, more detailed techniques and applications, which you will then use to design, mill, and finish your own products!

  • Do you love to design and make things? Curious about making your own products? For those who are ready to jump in with both feet, JuiceWorks 3D is combining our Part 1 and Part 2 milling camps into this action-packed, four-day, all-day, fast-track STEAM camp.

    This exciting, digital skills camp, will take you from noob to ninja in just four days providing you the opportunity to make your own products that you can take home, using digital design and milling.

Robotics & Automation

Each day you'll use the latest robotic arm technology to learn a variety of technical skills required to complete robotic task challenges that will have your heart racing!

    Ages: 9-12 (must have completed Robotics Part I)
